The Kudzu Kids

Despite the catchy name, they aren't an all-goat pop band, but the kudzu kids' invasive-species eating abilities definitely rock!

A few years ago, the kudzu kids cleared acres of that pesky vine from Fort Dickerson, Blount Mansion and the Wee Golf Course. We had a representative goat delegation at EarthFest this year, but we're still working to raise enough money to invite a whole herd of our goat pals back to Knoxville for a kudzu feast. Donate to bring them back!

Plan a Litter Cleanup

If you're in search of a community service opportunity, you've come to the right place!  KKB can help you plan a litter cleanup.

First, gather some willing helpers- your group can be a couple of family members, your 50-person office or anything in between.  Next, pick a spot you'd like to clean.  Then it's time to call KKB at 521-6957!  We'll get you supplies and help you figure out where to dispose of your trash.

If you haven't yet joined Keep Knoxville Beautiful at these local Petsafe dog parks to learn more about our Green Miles and Green Paws programs while hanging out with your pup, you still have a chance!

Previous Paws Parties were held March 16th (1-3 pm) at Concord Park and April 23rd (5-6:30 pm) at the Downtown Dog Park.
