EarthFest 2019

  • Knoxville Botanical Gardens and Arboretum 2743 Wimpole Avenue Knoxville, TN, 37914 United States (map)

FREE EARTH DAY CELEBRATION FOR ALL AGES
Join us again this year for engaging speakers & demonstrators, a vibrant youth area, live music, food trucks, and craft beer!

This is EarthFest’s 20th year anniversary! To celebrate, our theme is 20/20 Vision. This theme hopes to explore ways Knoxville and EarthFest has engaged in sustainable practices for the past twenty years, as well as showcase what sustainability in the area will look like in the next 20 years. We are hoping to bring local leaders, small businesses, and corporations to share their vision or their products that will help 2020 look greener.

New this year: “Ask the Expert”. Small one-on-one sessions will give you the opportunity to talk to local experts about a broad range of green topics including, home weatherization, solar energy, zero-waste/recycling, composting, urban gardening, micro plastics, etc.

Be on the lookout for environmental lead-up events as well as sneak peaks of the EnviroCharacters attending this year!
